no digital adress

Hello
I did send two packages from China to Sweden. I did send 4 packages in total and 2 have been received. The 2 that has not been delivered are:
CP405187970CN and CP405188649CN.
For some reason has the digital adress not been written correct and I have therefore not received any notice about the packages.
Today did the Swedish postoffice inform me that the packages are sent back to China.
Please resend the packages to me with the correct digital adress.

Hi johan palmqvist,

Sorry, we couldn't deal with the package. You need to contact China Post directly to ask for your requirement. If you couldn't contact them, you need to ask for a Chinese friend in China to help you call China Post.

I'm currently at a dispute with an item I bought from alixpress, when they sent me the return adress they sent me this:
"yanglei 18683617973
China guang dong sheng shen zhen shi fu tian qu
CD Unit Tianxiang Building Tianan Digital City
CN 518000 shen zhen shi guang dong sheng"

Can anyone help me decipher what this adress is?
