No delivery so far...?

Hello, I ordered a Mirror Phone case for Samsung S4 - it's a ordinary small package. The order is on 17.11.2016, it's shipped by seller on 24.11.2017 - it's been one month and three week - IT"S NOT DELIVERED YET!! The Tracking No is 04198226825, and the last tracking information is "Shenzhen international bulk mail processing center". Any thoughts on where is my phone case, because my Purchase Protection ends in 7 days?

Ina,

China Post ordinary small package is easy to be lost as it's not registered. Also, it usually takes two months or more to reach.

Because it's not registered, China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it especially when it's outside China. So, no one could track where it is now for you. I suggest you open a dispute if you couldn't receive it within the next 5 days.

Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
