On the 27th March 2021,I purchased a "Rhinomall" - Sofa Bed, Dual-Purpose Foldable Bed, Double Bed, Multifunctional Chair, Order ID:CRM39258 - Tracking Number:LZ775265796CN , Order Details - Total Amount $38.97 USD - Product Amount $29.98 USD - Discount 0.00 USD - Discount Code - 0.00 USD - Shipping Cost - $8.99 USD - TAX - 0.00 USD in Pearl White colour.

I have copies of this information of my purchase. On checking the tracking number on a continuous bases, it did not arrive at all.
On the 4th June 2021 a delivery of a pair of sunglasses arrived with all my address information on the consignment note, including an amount of $4 for the glasses, which I did not order, nor purchased at any time. A Tracking Number:LZ775265796CN is also on the consignment note.
On checking the bank transaction of my purchase for the chair, from your company, a total amount of $38.97 was taken from my account.
If you are using order or tracking numbers for a multitude of items and those orders are not being filled to the appropriate purchases, then this could be construed as fraud.
If you cannot fill the order with the appropriate item specifically ordered, then a refund should be made to my account as soon as possible.
If you need anymore information and I am able to provide it, I will send it to you.
This has been a considerable time factor for any delivery being delivered to an address, so I am demanding an URGENT attention to this problem. Do not write and tell me you will send the item I ordered, if you cannot.
*****This is very poor, non professional behaviour and you should not be proud of such non attention to detail.****

Here's an idea my be your company needs to be more particular as to whom you organise to sell your items. Are you not concerned as to how this looks to your business and name. Shame on you for not checking all aspects to be able to bring about a good reputation, quality and a professional business management. You have not addressed this situation not just for me but for your own business to my satisfaction. Feel free to show this example of my purchase of very bad, unprofessional and unbecoming business ethics to the owner or the highest management personal for better outcome.
I would have thought a refund would have been offered and YOU can extract the money owed from these sharks, since they are from within your country.
This is your name at stake. Show a bit of pride to promote your company. Discuss this with your piers to make things work better. Obviously, there is no pride. Very, very disappointed in your company. How would you like this practice to be done to someone you know and think allot of? Shame...

It may be a scam. You need to contact the seller to get a solution. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
