No delivery

Tracking says delivered but there has been No delivery. I need to know who china post passed package o to here in Ireland so I can follow up with them. No reply from seller or site purchased from so I need China post to say which company here the package was passed to.

In normal, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
