No Deliveries

Had a number of orders that were supposed to be delivered but haven’t been. Awaiting another 2 orders to be delivered. I’m guessing won’t be delivered

Hi Mezz59,

If you couldn't get them, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I have an EMS package destined to Poland which has been on a "Beijing, delivered to air transport" satus since March 15th. I assume the reason behind me having to wait this much time is due to the coronavirus outbreak, so I would just like to ask, how does the current state of deliveries from China to Europe look like? Approximately how many days should I expect to still wait?
