No clue where my package went

Website says it was received by my post office yesterday and delivered today. My post office did not receive any packages for me yesterday or deliver any package to me today and they said that the tracking number is not something that would fit into their system. Contacting credit card company and reporting as fraudulent because the website I purchased from is unavailable.

I sent for somethings online. So , where is my package. AS810711682CN tracking number. It said it was delivered December 24 and I have not received it. I want my things. Or, a refund for $20.51. Because, I am not getting answers
