No Chinese Identification Number

My grandparents sent a package of birthday gifts for my 6 year old daughter. When I try to submit my information, the form asks for a Chinese Identification Number, which I dont have. My passport number, social security and drivers license numbers do not work. What should i do?

Chinese people outside of China purchased Chinese sweets, non-perishable food (not meat) like dried noodles and Chinese convenience food want it sent to them?
