No change in status en tracking is 'expired', where is my package?

Hello,
I have ordered a package on 29th of December 2020. I reguarly check my tracking with tracking code UJ823919178CN , but since 15th of February 2021 the status has not changed. it says: "Arrive at the place of arrival" but the tracking also says "expired". I do not know what this means and where my package is right now. Can someone tell me where my package is?

It's sent by a cheap way and is stuck in the middle location now. It has expired the normal delivery time, so the system shows it as expired. If you don't want to wait for more days, you can contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

RU845969176NL is in transit to Mozambique now. There is no tracking information when it's in the middle location. When it arrives, there will be update. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

The item is on transport to the country of destination" I do not know what this means and where my package is right now. Can someone tell me where my package is?
