There are registered mail and none-registered ones. Those with 11 digits are none-registered ones. The number can also be used to check the sender's information, the date he sent it and more. It's not only used for tracking.

Will you plz give me any info regarding my parcel, tracking no RF599350754CN.
As you say it is on the way to India but according to tracking it says it is in bejing or left Bejing. But no progress after that (march 22) and today is April 21.

04705909636 and 04711754385 could be followed in tracking system because they are China Post ordinary packets. They are not registered, so China Post doesn't provide tracking service for them. So, there is no more information now. It takes two or three months for them to reach.
RF599350754CN can be tracked but as it's on the way to India now, there is no information. When it's in India, there will be further update. I think it will arrive this month.
