I received the necklace I did not order the only thing on the little package they sent me a Numbers there’s no address to send it back to you so business mean they have my credit card number do I need to change my card

Seller responded to PayPal with return address that doesn't match the packaging of incorrect item I received. Plus, the address is in Chinrse. I will only get a refund if I return the item (worth maybe $5.) I have to pay shipping. What if the seller says he doesn't receive it, how will I know for sure? Am I just out 179 bucks?
