Hi ND628,

It was delivered by airline on October 2 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I made purchase through Amazon on May 21, 2017 got my shipping number of LW328048766CN on May 22,2017. I waited 3 days then checked to if it had moved. As of Today June 1, 2017 no record of activity can be found multiple sites come back no record found.
Please help end the confusion.
