Package was shipped 10 days ago but was never scanned in. The seller assured it’s at the airport but when I got directly to ChinaPost website to track it shows this :

From the seller: we sent the parcel out before
But I'm sorry that your package was lost by the post office. We already reissue the new parcel to you

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
