Never received my parcels

I have never received my parcels, I was supposed to get them I May till now plus I don't know their tracking numbers since I changed phones, so who can I comtact in order to get help or by the way my orders are from Wish

It's hard to help you track where your parcel is without the tracking number. Could you contact the seller to ask for it?
