Never received item, says it was delivered in Russia

I ordered a motorized scooter in may. No updates since may. Says delivered in Russia. I live in the US. Please help.

Hi NCWilliams,

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.

Hi Daisy,

I have tried countless times to message the seller through Amazon and it has not had any progress. I’ve been trying since July and they have not once responded. I’m not really sure what to do here but any guidance or help is appreciated.

I've been waiting for a package from China to Russia since October 22. It has only one entry on the Russian post web site - Acceptance October 22. But it can be tracked elsewhere apart from my local post service (CT781312564CN) and it arrived in Russia and was received/delivered on November 20 but not to me. Item not received. Tracing no.AM 506726302CN. Even though show as delivered .Take action to deliver the item. I saw that as per tracking the parcel was delivered on 10th september 2024. But I heve not received any item. I do not know as to whom i address my problem. I am in Kanata, ontario. canada. Is there any collection center in kanata so that i can collect the item in person.I need an urgent reply.
