Never received

AM611156209CN- Showing delivered but it wasn't. It was a big order and should have been delivered on a pallet. I contacted the USPS which is who the seller advised me to contact and they don't have it. I have contacted the seller and she just says it was delivered. Where do I go to find out where my merchandise is?

Hi Allan Steinbeck,

You'd better contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to.
