Why would something be sent to me if I didn’t order it? I’ll be sending it back , and hope this does not happen again,

China Post is not responsible for this. It's the seller use China Post to deliver the package to you. China Post is only in charge of deliver it to you. If you want to send it back. Just do it. If you don't hope this happy again, just let the sender know.
You must ordered something online before and they have your information.
