The seller tell.me my package is still on its way but when i look at tracking someone signed for it and that is in a different country ! I want my money back been long enough

Thanx you daisy , ive been trying for 5 days customer service is really slow . They only started answering after a got a bit more colorful with ny language... telling to wait it out it is still on the way to me but as i can see on multiple carriers tracking it clearly says delivered and picked up
If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
