Never deliveries

I ordered the sweaters from you. But the products have never been delivered. China EMS tracking says they delivered already, but actually not. Please track my package and confirm where the products are.

Hi,
I have an EMS package destined to Poland which has been on a "Beijing, delivered to air transport" satus since March 15th. I assume the reason behind me having to wait this much time is due to the coronavirus outbreak, so I would just like to ask, how does the current state of deliveries from China to Europe look like? Approximately how many days should I expect to still wait?

I have two deliveries that have not moved from Shanghai
LO931091329CN - Left Zhengzhou between 19th-24th March. Has been in Shanghai since 11th April 2020. (originally ordered on 11th March)
LO929617774CN -Left ZHENZHOU 24th March. Has been in Shanghai since 16th April.
