The tracking number says it was delivered but I never received it, AM092456598CN.
I have checked with neigbours and the uk postal service and there has been no deliver.
The vendor says I have to contact you.
Please provide proof of delivery or when I should expect delivery.

According to the tracking information, AM100733817CN was delivered to Jacksonville, FL 32257 on October 12. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
