It's still stuck in Shanghai, China now. As it has been stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Are you 100% sure the parcel is being hold in Shanghai? Any chance you can send it back to the seller?
