Need USPS tracking code

According to your website, my package AQ429504283CN was delivered by USPS outside of the box on Feb 3rd. This is not very believable as you are reporting they delivered in within minutes of receiving it at the post office. Our USPS tracking always has a sorting period after arriving. Then it goes out on a truck. Then it is delivered. The package was never delivered and the reports you are providing are not from USPS. I need the USPS tracking number so I can contact them and find out what really happened to my package that you said was delivered Feb 3rd.

Now I am not in China and could not call to ask for the tracking code, how can I do now?
The only thing I have now is my Alipay record as paying for stamp and service. I hope they can track and provide me the tracking code.
