Our order from TailTells was shipped from China and arrived in the USA on 2024-12-16 with no update since 2024-12-17. Is there an update on when this will arrive? We were hoping to have it for Christmas.

The tracking hasn't been updated in over 1 month and the item was supposed to return to the US long ago. I would greatly appreciate any update on this package. Also what sort of facility is the package stored in as it has some fragile items in the box.
