Need update on my package

Could you, please, let me know about the state of my 4th package from China that I have not received after 2 months. (tracking No. UG862044255BE). It reads "departure to country of destination" on Dec 28, 2020 but it is information on the transit country (Belgium) and not on the destination country (Croatia).

Hi Vedrana,

It hasn't been arrived in Croatia. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in Croatia. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.

What movement will happen next for this package?
Will this package continue to move to destination?
