Hello, it's been 24 days since the last update of my package, "Airline departed from original country", any news on it?

i was returning a wig to a wig seller & this is what they advised me, but on my original package there was a new jersey address & they told me to use the china address instead.

there’s no way for me to provide them a tracking number if they aren’t providing me a legit return label with a CORRECT address. is this address legit? are these directions correct? how am i supposed to ship it without a return label? they have to scan it at the post office in order for me to be able to receive a tracking number.
