need to pay customs tax - didnt put in recipient's email

Hi,
The the tracking number for the package I'm sending to china is : EJ315475726AU.
It currently stuck in customs and tax needs to be paid.
I didn't put in the receipient's phone number.
Can you assist me when paying the tax. I dont understand chinese

Hi Tom,

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform. You need to contact the receiver to let him contact China customs to pay for the tax. Or, it couldn't be released.
