I need to know where my parcel is please. Usually when I get mail sent via the small packet plus I can see that the mail center has it and when it lands in my country. This time it is only showing that it left my supplier's warehouse which was almost a month ago now? Please let me know where it is and why the tracking hasn't been updated.

I've always had the Small Packet Plus go up until it tells me that it has arrived in my country. The problem is it's only telling me that it has left my supplier on the 28th, no updates since then, not even that it is with the mail center let alone left China.

Please contact China Post by calling 11185 (then 8 for English service) for detailed reasons.
China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus couldn't be tracked after it leaves China. I think your parcel left China on Sep. 28.
