The latest tracking results show it has left Shenzhen Airport on Feburay 10. The system couldn't show the tracking information when the parcel leaves China and on the way to the destination country. When it reaches the destination country, it could show the result. I think it's on the way. So, you can only wait. Usually, it takes one, even two months to receive the parcel.
