Need help package stuck in import custom

Hi, So my family sent a package from Australia and it was through express mail and i have tracked it and it got her on the 7th and its still in the custom still so i don't know what is happening. Please help me see whats taking it so long. Thank you

You'd better check your smart phone to see if you receive any information about the package. It should be in Chinese. It seems that it's stuck at the customs. If you couldn't find one, call China Post customer hotline 11185 (then 8 for English service) to check it.

So I have not receive any message about my package and do you happen to know why it is stuck in customs? Also which customs is stuck at? like the Hongqiao or Pudong custom? Looking forward to hear from you ASAP. Thank you for your help

Sorry, I couldn't get that information from the tracking number. You need to call China Post customer hotline 11185 (then 8 for English service) to check it.
