Need help locating 2 packages

Hello! I have 2 packages that appear to be stuck in the "Preparing to dispatch" stage. It looks like it's been stuck for over a month. Has there been any further updates? I understand there could be delays due to covid, I just want to make sure it is correct. Tracking numbers are LN856101925CN and LY188563085CN. Thank you

Both of them are normal. They are en route to the US now. It takes about another 15-30 days for them to be delivered to my experience.
