Can someone help me with my parcel cp453055333cn it's been in transit for 48days i still have not received it

Hi Philogene,

It was handed over to the carrier for transportation on April 5 and takes about 40-90 days to have update showing it arrives Philippines after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I am sending a parcel to China with shipment number CY286806193DE, and the parcel is in customs for the last 3 months.
I understand the customs declaration materials should be submitted. But the customs declaration forms stating the details you mentioned in the last answer (importer details, goods description, value...) is attached on the surface of the parcel in an envelope.
The DHL asked us - the sender - to provide these details when we sent the parcel.
Could you please check the parcel again and see the documents attached.
Is there any other problem with the package?
