My tracking number states my package was delivered and signed. I did not receive

My packages were never delivered even though the tracking message said it was delivered and signed for. The tracking number is: AS024860432CN

I had 2 packages I was supposed to receive but didn't. It says it was delivered and signed but I never received it and especially signed for it. I contacted customer service from where I ordered. But she keeps saying it was successfully delivered.
