My tracking number is AG464328568CN and it says awaiting pickup but I don't know where to pick up from. There us no call card or anything other information that about the address of the pickup location?

Hi Priyanka,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
