My Parcel has cleared China (Guangzhou) customs clearance on 26-January-2021. After that there is no update. Its been more than 60 days. please update status

Hi Rajesh,

It's sent by a cheap way and usually takes about 60-90 days to reach. You'd better wait for another 20 days to see. If there is still no update, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
