My tracking number expired and still haven’t got a update on in 4 months I used eub for shipping is there anyway someone can help me contact eub can’t find any information on the shipping line tracking number is LW230624800CN

Hi Ajb423,

It's not normal for it. E-packet should be delivered in two months in normal. It has the chance of lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
