My tracking ID says delivered but I didn't receive it.

I am from Virginia,US and expecting a package from china with tracking number :AM085193281CN. Its been more than 15 days since I ordered. It says that it was delivered yesterday but i didn't receive the package. I dont have any details except the tracking number. How do I contact the delivery company?

According to the tracking information, AM085193281CN was delivered to Brambleton, Virginia, 20148 on Nov.29. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
