My tool box was ordered Sept.19 2020 and never arrived.

Checked tracking and found it was deliver to Tampa Fla. I just want it taken off my credit card.

If you don't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

Ordered a 6.6kg parcel to the uk on sept 28 and logistics has been stuck at “Guangzhou City, has been handed over to the carrier transport” since the 29th sept. i ordered a desk on Sept. 5th 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered Oct. 7th. I now see it is still in transit somewhere and I want to know what is going on. This was my grand daughters birthday present and we have already missed her special day! It was ordered through Amazon and the tracking number from China Post is AS450738510CN.
