My Singpost order stayed in the status "Hand over to airline"

Hi, my tracking code is RB154913352SG, the status on the Cainiao website is "Transfer to Airline", but on Singapore Post website the tracking status is "Information received: Item en route to postal facility", for what both states contradict each other. I would like to know why you indicate that the order is not yet in Singapore Post if it is supposed to have already left China, when approximately my order is already on its way to my country and when should it arrive here?

I have a package stuck in "hand over airline" on the tracking since June 1st. However, I bought another item recently in the same seller and it was shipped last sunday (Despatched to overseas, Country code: BR), after just 1 week stuck in the same status. When I try to track on the Singpost website, I receive the following notice "Information Received – Item En Route to Postal Facility". The tracking number is not even recognized on my country's postal tracking website. It seems that my parcel hasn't even left to my country. What happened? Did the seller actually transfer the order to Singpost?

Hello, My EMS order EX225025114SG is almost one month stopping with the status "Hand Over To Airline".
Is it normal for an EMS to take so long? Do you know where the order is now? Has the package left Singapore yet or hasn't boarded the plane yet? Thank you for your help.
