My shoes are missing

I have been waiting 76 days for my shoes I ordered at this point I’m convinced they are not coming I can’t get in contact with anyone this is bad customer service ly154169665cn and ly148819888cn please tell me something other then in transport I can’t even see that info anymore it stopped on May 14 saying it was at post office please help

They were delivered to air transport on May 14 and are in transit to the US now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in the USA after delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update untill July 31, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
