Dear madame/sir,
I'm writing from Rome/Italy .
Could you please tell me why my package is taking so long to be delivered and where is it now?
This package is a birthday present for a friend of in mine in Mexico City.
Tracking number LJ028174845CN and it is
Stuck in Jiangmen for 19 days since 12/01/2024.

This package is not normal. It may be lost. I suggest you contact the seller to check it for you in time and give you a solution.

I am waiting for my shipment number UT891206896CN to arrive to the destination country; Pakistan. This shipment is stuck with NINGBO POST OFFICE- CHINA from last 57 days and not moving further. I have tried contacting China Post several times over the phone, but unfortunately the only person who could talk in English says that my problem can only be solved by another department where no English speaker is available. I am almost lost with such a huge delay (2 months almost). It is a huge disappointment.
