My reply to Daisy - package lost?

Hi Daisy,
You wrote back to my first question that my parcel is stuck in Dublin but it’s not in Dublin at all.
I have contacted the mail centre in Dublin and customs office and they both confirmed via email that this package was never received.
This is very bad nobody can tell me where it is.

If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect and get a solution as soon as possible.

I received a reply to a question about a package that has been showing "Shanghai Airline Transportation" since 4/24/20. The reply said it is delayed. How can a package be delayed for almost 3 months?????? The seller I am returning the product to won't refund until they get the package. $56.50 is what I am owed. Thank you Daisy for your reply.I have tried to contact STATUSN but they seem to have stopped trading.My item I think is EMS so it should not take 3 months.It has been delivered by airline but to which country?
