Where is my percel of iPhone 6 plus I send from Delaware Dover over 3 month till now my brother can see the phone in guangzous chine Lc927028449us since06/13/2016 till now I can find my phone

It must be lost on the way. I think China Customs has detained your phone. In tracking system, we could only get the phone was sent our from USA by USPS on 2016-06-13 at 16:19:00. No further tracking is available. This is because it belongs to USPS first class mail which couldn't be tracked in China. You can not even know if it has arrived China or not.
As it has been three months, you'd better ask for compensation from USPS for that as soon as possible.
