So December 7th 2023 I bought a cloak from a company I didn't know that my cloak would be shipped from overseas it is now January 15,2024 it's been 38 days since I ordered that cloak I check the tracking on the package and it says that it was delivered to my house yesterday which was a Sunday no one delivers packages on a Sunday so I know the tracking was wrong I checked with my neighbors I checked around my house and there's no package I need to figure out where my package is really at my tracking number is AM240362502CN

So Is 735 the amount that they'll be refunding ? Because my confusion is that my full amount is 735.00 INR and the judgement says ' partial refund 735.00' or they'll deduct amount from 735.00

I need to return wigs back to this company. First they were resisting me a refund trying to give me every excuse under the sun and basically told me I was keeping them. Then after countless emails or repeatedly asking for the return address they only offered a partial refund of which again after me rejecting that as not good enough, then did they send me this address. Can I check if the contact and address is legitimate?
And has anyone else who has sent refund to this address, have you received your refund?
