My parcels update says delivered but i didn’t receive anything

My parcel (tracking#: AM694728162CN) update says delivered and i have contacted chinapost but they asked me to contact my seller who is out of reach.
How can i know where is my package?

Hi moi,

If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I would like to know what happened to my parcels. They were arrived in the destination country on 22/10/2020 shows on the China Post website. However, no update since that. I have contacted the ParcelForce, They told me that they didn't receive these parcels, their is no update information in their database, so they cannot help.

I didn't receive my packages although the tracking page marked them as already delivered. Below are the tracking numbers : AG653350013CN, AG594104990CN, AG784321893CN, AG634045767CN. It is written that the parcels went to Poland, but where exactly in Poland are they now because I have not received any information who transports them further. Please let me know when my package will arrive or who has them.
