If it's lost, you need to require the seller to refund you or send another one again to you.

I was told by New Zealand post that parcel with tracking number RI......CN cannot be tracked in New Zealand. So, I am able to track it only while it is in China. These parcels for some reason have a high loss rate, and I am wondering if they are being stolen. On the other hand, parcels with tracking number RF.....CN are tracked end to end. Can you tell me what is a difference between RI and RF parcels please, and is it true that RI parcels cannot be tracked outside China. I do not understand how one letter would make a difference. two parcels was sent from Jinan (China ) to Qatar on July , 11, 2016, under tracking CP289275993CN and CP289275976CN
we didnt receive anything till now and it were not come to Qatar at all , and last tracking update was in Hong kong transit from 28, July , 2016 . plz to check and inform what is the problem.
