This is my second experience with Chinapost because the Royal Mail keeps sending parcels through you guys, and both times, I have had this same problem.
My parcels have been stuck in Tianjin for 2 whole weeks.
The parcels are from the UK and the destination country is South Korea
I don't know what to do.
Please help me.
My tracking numbers are:
RN652686890GB
RN652686909GB

I spoke about it before my 2 parcels "RE184927412CN" " RE184915082CN"
Are stuck at Beijing. Tracking status repeating these two lines."Send item to destination country"
"Send item abroad (EDI-received)" i contacted the seller. He said he will pay me back if I don't receive the parcel. But i want the parcels they're just shoes not any harmful things. Please release my parcels and send me. Thanks

It should need to be transited from China to South Korea. You need to wait for more days to see they arrive in South Korea. But to my experience, there should be another tracking number to track it. You'd better contact Royal Mail to check it for you.
