My Parcels are stuck in the Zhengzhou post office for more than 4 months

Hello, my name is Felipe and I'm having a hard time with the clearance of my parcels. The tracking numbers for them are CP422148021CN and CP422148049CN. Its final destination is Brazil, but it has been stuck on Zhengzhou for more than 4 months! I'm trying to solve the problem with the sellers with no success and I'm afraid to miss/damage my parcels. Is there a way to solve this?

Hi Felipe Dos Santos,

They were returned back to the seller and the seller has got them on May 15. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello.
What is currently going on with your post? I have several parcels stuck at Shenzen / Guangzhou. My registered parcels have been stuck for 2 months. I also have some Ordinary mail parcels that have also not arrived, but their last tracking shows going through Shenzen.
Other parcels that went through different region, have already arrived, despite ordering much later.
