My Parcels are stuck at "Aircraft entering the port" for so long

I have 2 parcels that has only an update in 17 Track app that they are in status:
"Aircraft entering the port" from 27/10

and i don't know what to do

Hi sahar kalavres,

It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Israel after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
