My parcels are still in transit for more than 40 days now

Hello,
I shipped 2 parcels from China to Canada tracking numbers CY014578125CN/CY014578111CN.
It has been more than 40 days now but I received nothing and no update with the tracking number.
I am used to buy in China and usually I receives my orders in 2 weeks. Do you know where are the 2 parcels and why does it take so long ?

Hi Al,

It's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. You may couldn't get update now. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Dear whom it may concern,

Hi,
I wanna know where my parcels are,
one is CT613455713CN
the other is CT613455761CN.

one is stated 'DELIVERED' which is not true. I haven't recieved any piece of it.
and the other is 'IN TRANSIT'.
both of them were supposed to be arrived last week.

+ SENDER have sent 4 parcels to 2 address each.
I haven't got any, but rest of 2 parcels, sent to different address in Korea, are delivered perfectly.

So I desperately need to know where they are now!
