Where is my parcel, I’ve patiently waiting for almost 1-year now and if it doesn’t show up like REAL soon I’m going to have no other choice but to pursue legal actions. Please make something happen fast. Thanks,Aaron Moore

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives at the US secondary processing center. So, you can't get more update after No.17. It's not normal that you still don't receive it. It must be lost. In this case, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send one again to you) as soon as possible.
