My address is at Penang, west Malaysia. The parcel shown has been delivered to Kuching,east Malaysia. How can I get back my parcel?

The parcel was sent from Malaysia to China, but for certain reason, the parcel was rejected / refused by the recipient and the recipient requested to return the parcel to Malaysia.
Last update 9 July, wondering where the parcel right now ? and will take how long to send back to Malaysia ?
